Our programs

Rainbow Kids Learning Center offers a nurturing, play-based environment where children explore emotions, creativity, language, science, and motor skills through a variety of engaging activities. Led by experienced staff and certified teachers, the center features spacious classrooms, four age-appropriate playgrounds, and enrichment programs like music, local visits, and community helpers. Flexible full and part-time schedules are available, with a strong focus on safety, outdoor play, and continuous teacher development.

Ages 1 month to 15 months*

Infant Room

Rainbow Kids Learning Center’s Infant Room supports babies’ development with a low teacher-to-child ratio, sensory-rich environments, and early literacy exposure. Staff follow each infant’s individual schedule, maintain open communication with parents, and offer an open-door policy for visits—including nursing mothers. Transition to the Toddler Room may begin as early as 12 months, based on developmental readiness.

Toddler Program (Toddler Transition Room (TTR) and Toddlers)

Rainbow Kids Learning Center’s Toddler Rooms offer a safe, active environment with low teacher-to-child ratios. Classrooms are designed for movement, exploration, and independence, with both open and quiet spaces. Teachers support self-help and language development through structured routines, rich verbal interaction, and weekly themed curriculum with music, stories, and art focused on the creative process.

Preschool Transition Room (PTR)

The PTR Room at Rainbow Kids Learning Center prepares toddlers for preschool by encouraging independence, self-help skills, and hands-on learning. With a 1:4 or 2:9 teacher-to-child ratio, the environment supports free choice, responsibility, and early academic skills. Experienced caregivers guide children through a well-rounded curriculum that includes motor development, sensory exploration, circle time, art, music, and early literacy and numeracy.

Preschool

In the Preschool Room at Rainbow Kids Learning Center, toddlers grow into independent preschoolers through hands-on exploration and self-help skill-building. The child-led, interest-based curriculum supports learning at each child’s pace, promoting confidence and creativity. Activities include open-ended play, structured circle time, early literacy and math concepts, and toilet learning when children are ready—all in a supportive, imaginative environment.

K-Ready

The Rainbow Kids K-Ready classroom offers a fun, hands-on learning environment for older fours and kindergarten-aged children needing enrichment or missing school cutoffs. It also serves children before and after public school hours. With small group instruction and a mix of structured and child-directed activities, the program supports individualized learning, exploration, and a love of learning through engaging centers and flexible pacing.

Strengthens fine and gross motor skills with writing activities and daily outdoor play.
